Out there rewards voucher not working

If one of your Out there rewards voucher is not working there are a couple of frequent fixes: 

• Check to see if you have signed into your account online. 
• Is the email address for your login the same as your Out there rewards account?
• Voucher codes are entered in the gift card/Voucher Code box.
